In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, adding mayo. Fold in chilies, olives, pimientos, chopped deli chicken, bacon bits and chili powder. Spread one side of each tortilla with mixture and roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour. Remove plastic wrap and cut into bite size pieces. Serve with picante sauce if desired.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-heat and add chicken; cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a 12-inch skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes; until browned, turning once. Remove chicken, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Add onion, pepper, and garlic; cook and stir 4-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Stir in rice, saffron, MARIO GREEN OLIVES, wine, and 1-1/2 cups water. Boil. Return chicken to skillet. Simmer, covered, 25 minutes or until no pink is left. Garnish with lemon wedges.
