Each person assembles their own meal, starting with corn chips and building up. Brown ground beef, drain. Add chili powder, oregano, sugar salt, cumin seed, onion, garlic, tomato paste and sauce, water and rice. Bring to a boil Simmer for 40 minutes. To serve, put in separate dishes in this order: Corn chips, meat mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, MARIO OLIVES, green onions, sour cream, and salsa.

Cheese & MARIO Olive Quick Bread

Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, sage, baking soda and salt. In separate bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk and oil. Beat to mix and add dry ingredients, stir until moistened. Fold in cheese and MARIO SLICED BLACK OLIVES. Place batter in Loaf Pan; bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes 1 loaf.

Process bell peppers, carrot, tomato, 2 avocados and onion to a fine chop in food processor. Add remaining ingredients except last avocado, process fine to chop. Place ingredients in bowl and stir in last avocado.

Baked Potato Skins w/MARIO Bacon Bits

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake potatoes for 1 hour. Combine sour cream and chives. When potatoes are cooked, slice length-wise and scoop some potato from skins and save for other use. Brush entire surface of each potato with melted butter and broil for 6-8 mins. Sprinkle cheese and MARIO BACON BITS on each skin. Broil 2 mins. Place one small scoop of sour cream mixture on top of each skin and serve.
