Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream together brown sugar, margarine, and shortening. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Beat egg white slightly; dip balls into egg white and roll in finely chopped pecans. Place cookies 1-inch apart on ungreased baking sheet; press thumb deeply into each center. Bake until light brown; about 10 minutes. Immediately remove from baking sheet and cool throughly. Fill each thumbprint with Fragata Raspberry Jam.

Combine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Stir until bubbling. Grill on medium heat for 45-60 minutes, turning every 5-10 minutes. Brush sauce over chicken after each turn. Serve with whole or chopped olives on the side.

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Beat cream cheese, bacon, Parmesan cheese, onion, parsley and milk in small bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until blended. Separate dough into triangles. Spread each triangle with 1 rounded measuring tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture. Roll up triangles, starting at short ends. Place on greased cookie sheet, brush with combined egg and water. Top with poppy seed if desired. Bake 12-15 minutes or until brown. Serve immediately.
