Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a 12-inch skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes; until browned, turning once. Remove chicken, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Add onion, pepper, and garlic; cook and stir 4-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Stir in rice, saffron, MARIO GREEN OLIVES, wine, and 1-1/2 cups water. Boil. Return chicken to skillet. Simmer, covered, 25 minutes or until no pink is left. Garnish with lemon wedges.

Southwest MARIO Potato Frittata

Heat broiler. Place potatoes in 1-1/2 to 2-quart microwave-safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes. Coat 10-inch skillet with cooking spray; add potatoes and cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden. In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients except cheese. Pour mixture over potatoes. Cover; cook over medium heat until eggs are almost set, about 10 minutes. Pour in cheese and broil for 1-3 minutes before serving.

Drain MARIO MARASCHINO CHERRIES until completely dry (may take several hours.) Combine softened margarine and corn syrup. Stir in powdered sugar and knead until smooth (may need to be chilled.) Shape 1/2 tsp. sugar mixture around each cherry & place upright on waxed paper. Chill until firm. Melt chocolate Almond Bark in microwave safe bowl, stir until smooth. Holding cherries by stems, dip each one into chocolate until covered. Place back on wax paper and chill for one week.

Moroccan Chicken w/ MARIO OLIVES

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together cilantro, paprika, cumin, salt, turmeric, ginger and garlic. Rub mix on all sides of chicken; coat chicken with flour. Place chicken in ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish. Stir water, lemon juice and bouillon granules; pour over chicken. Add MARIO OLIVES and lemon slices. Bake uncovered about 1 hour, until juice is no longer pink, spooning liquid over chicken occasionally.
