In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-heat and add chicken; cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Remove and keep warm. For sauce, add the remaining olive oil, onion, and garlic to hot skillet. Cook and stir, 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, MARIO DELI-STYLE OLIVES, MARIO CAPERS, salt, and pepper to skillet. Bring to boil then reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 3 minutes. Stir wine & Cornstarch; add to skillet. Cook until thick; pour over chicken.

Combine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Stir until bubbling. Grill on medium heat for 45-60 minutes, turning every 5-10 minutes. Brush sauce over chicken after each turn. Serve with whole or chopped olives on the side.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream together brown sugar, margarine, and shortening. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Beat egg white slightly; dip balls into egg white and roll in finely chopped pecans. Place cookies 1-inch apart on ungreased baking sheet; press thumb deeply into each center. Bake until light brown; about 10 minutes. Immediately remove from baking sheet and cool throughly. Fill each thumbprint with Fragata Raspberry Jam.

Simmer butter, onion, parsley, and savory in saucepan. Stir in flour and MARIO CHOPPED BLACK OLIVES, then add milk and stir smooth. Cut bread in thin slices, remove crusts, and cover with butter. Spread olive filling on it and lay another slice of bread over this. Press together and cut into triangles. Lay in oiled baking pan, pour tomato sauce over it and simmer until hot throughout.
