Heat oil in large pot over medium-low heat. Add garlic, onion, tomatoes and MARIO CAPERS; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until tomatoes release juces and mixture thickens. Add can of MARIO MEDIUM PITTED BLACK OLIVES and tuna and reduce heat to medium-low for 5 minutes. Toss cooked pasta with olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently to coat. Serves 4.

Fillets of MARIO Chopped Black Olives

Simmer butter, onion, parsley, and savory in saucepan. Stir in flour and MARIO CHOPPED BLACK OLIVES, then add milk and stir smooth. Cut bread in thin slices, remove crusts, and cover with butter. Spread olive filling on it and lay another slice of bread over this. Press together and cut into triangles. Lay in oiled baking pan, pour tomato sauce over it and simmer until hot throughout.

Chicken Thighs with MARIO OLIVES

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a 12-inch skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes; until browned, turning once. Remove chicken, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Add onion, pepper, and garlic; cook and stir 4-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Stir in rice, saffron, MARIO GREEN OLIVES, wine, and 1-1/2 cups water. Boil. Return chicken to skillet. Simmer, covered, 25 minutes or until no pink is left. Garnish with lemon wedges.
