Sausage Stars w/MARIO OLIVES

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Combine sausage, cheeses, dressing, MARIO OLIVES and red pepper. Lightly grease muffin tin and press one wrapper in each cup. Brush with oil. Bake 5 minutes until golden. Remove from tins, place on baking sheet. Fill with sausage mixture. Bake 5 minutes until bubbly.

Moroccan Chicken w/ MARIO OLIVES

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together cilantro, paprika, cumin, salt, turmeric, ginger and garlic. Rub mix on all sides of chicken; coat chicken with flour. Place chicken in ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish. Stir water, lemon juice and bouillon granules; pour over chicken. Add MARIO OLIVES and lemon slices. Bake uncovered about 1 hour, until juice is no longer pink, spooning liquid over chicken occasionally.

Fettuccine Pesto with MARIO OLIVES

Cook fettuccine according to package directions. While pasta cooks, combine MARIO OLIVES, MARIO CAPERS, lemon juice, oil, mustard and garlic and stir in chopped basil and cheese; heat throughly. Drain pasta well and transfer to serving bowl. Spoon pesto over pasta, add tomatoes and mix gently.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream together brown sugar, margarine, and shortening. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Beat egg white slightly; dip balls into egg white and roll in finely chopped pecans. Place cookies 1-inch apart on ungreased baking sheet; press thumb deeply into each center. Bake until light brown; about 10 minutes. Immediately remove from baking sheet and cool throughly. Fill each thumbprint with Fragata Raspberry Jam.
