Steam or boil cauliflower and green beans until crisp-tender. Place in a large bowl. Add cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, olives and sun-dried tomatoes; mix lightly. Add dressing; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Combine in gallon zip lock baggie the following ingredients: Ott's Italian Salad Dressing, lemon juice, salt, dry mustard, garlic powder and pepper. Seal baggie and shake to mix. In a large bowl, combine tomato wedges, cucumbers and MARIO LARGE PITTED BLACK OLIVES. Pour dressing mixture over vegetables and toss gently to coat. Mario Bacon Appetizer Crescents

Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Beat cream cheese, bacon, Parmesan cheese, onion, parsley and milk in small bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until blended. Separate dough into triangles. Spread each triangle with 1 rounded measuring tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture. Roll up triangles, starting at short ends. Place on greased cookie sheet, brush with combined egg and water. Top with poppy seed if desired. Bake 12-15 minutes or until brown. Serve immediately.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Combine tofu, corn, 1 cup salsa, 3/4 cup cheese, chilies, 1/2 cup MARIO BLACK OLIVES, and 4 Tbsp. cilantro in large bowl. Spoon mixture into each tortilla; roll up tightly. Place into baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over enchiladas; sprinkle with remaining cheese, cilantro, and MARIO RIPE OLIVES. Bake for 20-22 minutes, until bubbly and cheese is golden brown. Serve with remaining salsa.
