Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice bread loaf in half, horizontally, layering olive oil, tapenades, meats, cheeses and tapenades on bottom half of bread, drizzle with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Replace top half of bread and wrap sandwich in aluminum foil. Bake until muffaletta is warmed throughout and cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.

Process bell peppers, carrot, tomato, 2 avocados and onion to a fine chop in food processor. Add remaining ingredients except last avocado, process fine to chop. Place ingredients in bowl and stir in last avocado.

Bow-Tie Pasta with Tuna & MARIO Olives

Heat oil in large pot over medium-low heat. Add garlic, onion, tomatoes and MARIO CAPERS; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until tomatoes release juces and mixture thickens. Add can of MARIO MEDIUM PITTED BLACK OLIVES and tuna and reduce heat to medium-low for 5 minutes. Toss cooked pasta with olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently to coat. Serves 4.

Jalapeno Corn Cakes

Blend dry ingredients in large bowl. Blend milk, eggs and oil in small bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix with large spoon until incorporated. Lumps are okay, do not over mix. Fold in olives and corn. Heat large lightly oiled griddle over medium heat. When griddle is hot pour cakes 1/3 cup at a time. Brown from 1-2 minutes on each side. Reduce heat if browning too fast.
