Combine 1 cup butter, sugar and egg in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add orange juice and vanilla; mix well. Reduce speed to low; add flour and baking powder. Beat until well mixed. Divide dough into thirds; wrap in plastic food wrap. Refrigerate until firm (2 to 3 hours). Heat oven to 400°F. Biscotti w/MARIO Black Olives

Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and cumin. In large bowl mix butter, cheese, and sugar. Add egg. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and blend thoroughly. Gently mix in MARIO OLIVES. On a lightly floured board, gently shape dough into a long roll. Place roll on greased 10 x 15-inch pan. Flatten roll to make 1-inch thick loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove and cut loaf crosswise into 3/4-inch slices. Bake cut side down 15-20 minutes longer, until dry and lightly browned

Fettuccine Pesto with MARIO OLIVES

Cook fettuccine according to package directions. While pasta cooks, combine MARIO OLIVES, MARIO CAPERS, lemon juice, oil, mustard and garlic and stir in chopped basil and cheese; heat throughly. Drain pasta well and transfer to serving bowl. Spoon pesto over pasta, add tomatoes and mix gently.

Combine avocado, 2 Tbsp. of picante sauce, sour cream, onion, lemon juice and salt; mix well. Spread evenly onto bottom of shallow 1-quart clear glass bowl or 8-inch pie plate. Combine remaining picante sauce and chili sauce; mix well. Spoon evenly over avocado mix. Arrange shrimp and MARIO OLIVES over picante mix, sprinkle with cilantro. Cover and chill. For a low carb option, spread dip on top of celery or cucumbers and top with chopped olives and shrimp.
