Tomato-Olive-Veggie Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Cauliflower, florets
- 2 Cups Green Beans, cut-up
- 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 Cup Canned Chick Peas, drained
- 1 Cup Stuffed Green Olives, halved
- 1/2 Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 Cup Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
Directions
Steam or boil cauliflower and green beans until crisp-tender. Place in a large bowl. Add cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, olives and sun-dried tomatoes; mix lightly. Add dressing; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
