Fettuccine Pesto with MARIO OLIVES

- Diced Fresh Tomatoes if desired
- 10 oz. Fettuccine noodles
- 1 Jar MARIO SPANISH GREEN SALAD OLIVES
- 3 Tbsp. MARIO CAPERS
- 4 Tsp. Lemon Juice
- 4 Tsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves, peeled
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Basil, finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. While pasta cooks, combine MARIO OLIVES, MARIO CAPERS, lemon juice, oil, mustard and garlic and stir in chopped basil and cheese; heat throughly. Drain pasta well and transfer to serving bowl. Spoon pesto over pasta, add tomatoes and mix gently.
