Sundried Tomato & MARIO OLIVE Focaccia

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 3 Cup Bread Flour

  • 2 Tbsp. Dry Milk Powder

  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. White Sugar

  • 1 Tsp. Salt

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine

  • 2 Tsp. Active Dry Yeast

  • 1/2 Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese

  • 2 Tsp. Dried Rosemary

  • 1 Tsp. Garlic Salt

  • 1 Can MARIO SMALL PITTED BLACK OLIVES, drained

  • 1 Cup Feta Cheese

Directions

Place water, flour, powdered milk, sugar, salt, butter, tomatoes & yeast into bread machine, set to Dough cycle. When finished, knead for 1 minute & place in oiled bowl, & turn to coat. Cover with damp cloth & rise for 15 minutes. Dust 10 x 15 pan with cornmeal; roll out dough in pan & brush with oil; cover let rise for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan, rosemary, garlic salt & MARIO OLIVES. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool slighly & sprinkle with Feta cheese.
