Lemon Posset

Ingredients

  • 20 oz Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsbp Raspberry Fruit Spread

Make Mixture

Place the cream and sugar in a saucepan in order for the sugar to be dissolved. When fine bubbles appear on top of the heavy cream, remove from the heat. Add lemon zest and lemon juice & stir.

Make Lemon Shells

Let the mixture cool off for about 10 minutes. It makes about 12 lemon shells. Cool completely at room temperature. You may cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or for up to 3 days.
