Ingredients

  • Hummus store bought or homemade 2 cups
  • Mario Kalamata olives 1/4 cup
  • Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half 1/2 cup
  • Cucumber 1/4
  • Garlic peeled and minced 1 clove
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Mario olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Crumbled feta 2 tsp
  • Salt and pepper

Toss

Toss the veggies or ‘salad’ with the olive oil garlic, oregano and herbs. Spread out hummus into an even layer on small platter

Make Dressing
