Ingredients
- Hummus store bought or homemade 2 cups
- Mario Kalamata olives 1/4 cup
- Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half 1/2 cup
- Cucumber 1/4
- Garlic peeled and minced 1 clove
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Mario olive oil 1/2 cup
- Crumbled feta 2 tsp
- Salt and pepper
Toss

Toss the veggies or ‘salad’ with the olive oil garlic, oregano and herbs. Spread out hummus into an even layer on small platter
Make Dressing

Spoon over the veggies and juices. Sprinkle with extra fresh herbs, crumbled feta.
Assemble + Serve
