Ingredients

  • Cooked orzo pasta
  • 1 English cucumber sliced and quartered
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1.15 oz. can garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup pitted Mario Foods Kalamata olives halved
  • 1/2 cup feta

Dressing

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
