Ingredients
- 1 Mario Pomegranate Salad Dressing
- 1 box of spring mix
- 1 butternut squash
- 4 0z soft goat cheese
- 2 rod apples, diced
- 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp of chill powder
- Salt
- Pepper

Pre-HeatOven+Prep Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Toss Squash
Toss squash in 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper and chilli powder, arrange in a single layer on a lined baking sheet. Roast for about 15 min or until golden and tender. Set aside

Mix Together
In a large bowl, add spring mix, butternut squash, goat cheese, apples and pomegranate seeds. Pour dressing over and toss to fully coat everything in the dressing.
