Spicy Cowboy Burger

Spicy Cowboy Burger
Spicy Cowboy Burger — a quick jalapeño/banana-pepper BBQ burger ready in 15 minutes. Juicy beef patties are seared or grilled, topped with melted pepper jack, a swipe of barbecue sauce, and piled high with Mario Banana Pepper Rings or jalapeño slices for bold, tangy heat. Add crispy onions (or smoky bacon, optional) for that cowboy crunch, then finish on a toasted bun. Big flavor, simple steps. Perfect for weeknight dinners, tailgates, or game day. Adjust the peppers to make it mild or extra spicy..

- 1 Mixing Bowl
- Plates to Serve
Ingredients
- 2 pounds organic grass fed ground beef
- 2 tablespoons of Mario Jalepenos
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 8 Brioche Buns
- 8 slices PepperJack Cheese
- ½ cup Burmans Barbecue Sauce – Texas Style
- 1 cup Chef’s Cupboard
- French Fried Onions
Preheat The Grill
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Set out a large bowl. Add the ground beef, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix by hand until well.
Cook Burgers
Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions. Press each portion into a patty slightly wider than the buns. Place the patties on the grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side. The moment the burgers come off the grill, place a slice of cheese over the top of each patty, so they start to melt.
Stack it Up
Stack the burgers on the buns with jalepenos, barbecue sauce, and crispy onions on top. Enjoy!
