Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Made with quartered artichoke hearts.
Our Spinach Artichoke Dip is so creamy and every bite is loaded with spinach and artichokes. Perfect for any gathering or just an easy snack for your friends & family.

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 Mayo
  • 1 tsp Garlic clove, minced
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella. shredded
  • 1 can Mario Artichoke hearts
  • 6 oz Frozen Spinach

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.


Prepare Dish
Spray a 1 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or use melted butter and wipe away any excess.


Mix Dip
In a mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, parmesan & mozzarella. Add black pepper taste.


Wet Ingredients
Make sure spinach is completely thawed and squeeze into a strainer to drain excess liquid (pat dry with paper towels). Add to mixing bowl with artichokes and mix until well combined.


Spread mixture evenly into prepared baxing dish. Bake in preheated oven until heated through and melty, about 20 minutes.


Serve & Enjoy 
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers or mixed vegetables .
