Ingredients
- 1/2 pizza dough
- As Needed pizza sauce
- 8 oz spicy italian sausage (cooked and crumbled)
- 20 green olives (sliced)
- 2 Large banana peppers (sliced)
- 3 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- As Needed parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1 drizzle olive oil (optional)
- As Needed fresh basil (optional)
Pre heat the oven
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place pizza dough on flat work surface. Spread 4 oz. pizza sauce evenly over crust.
Add Toppings
Top with 10 oz. mozzarella cheese, 4 oz. Italian sausage crumbles, 2 oz. banana peppers, 1 oz. caramelized onions
Serve
Bake at 450°F for 8 to 10 minutes in an impingement oven, at 500°F for 4 to 51/2 minutes in a deck oven or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
Remove from oven; slice into wedges.
