Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbps balsamic vingar
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced 
  • 1 shallot, chopped 
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest 
  • 1/4 cup basil chopped 
  • 2 tbsp chopped rosemary 
  • chili flakes
  • 2 cups Mario Olives, mixed 
  • 1 log (10ounces) goat cheese, at room temperature
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey
  • Sea Salt

Preparing the spices

Marinate Olives
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, shallots, lemon zest, basil, rosemary, and chili flakes. Add the olive, and toss to combine. Let sit 30 min or up to 5 days in the fridge.

Make Whipped Feta
Combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, honey, and a pinch of salt in a food processor and pulse until smooth and creamy.

Bake Baguette + Serve
Bake Baguette for 5-7 min in oven at 350 degrees. spoon the goat cheese into a serving bow, then top with olives and marinating oil. Serve with fresh herbs, bread/crackers.
