CYCLE COUNTS<\/h3><p>\u2022 Performs inventory cycle counts as directed (daily, weekly, monthly) to confirm quantities and BBDs.<\/p><p>\u2022 Executes and leads cycle counts; assures accuracy of BBDs, quantities, and batch code corrections.<\/p><p>\u2022 Generates weekly inventory reports, including pipeline by item by BBD.<\/p><p>\u2022 Documents inventory adjustments on a weekly basis; obtains Warehouse Supervisor approval before adjustments are made.<\/p><p>\u2022 Reviews and confirms inventory variances; reports findings to the Warehouse Supervisor.<\/p><p>\u2022 Receives all MCF receipts and adjustments into SAP.<\/p><h3>SHIPPING, RECEIVING &amp; WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS<\/h3><p>\u2022 Processes receipts in SAP within 24 hours for Plant City and 48 hours for 3PL warehouses.<\/p><p>\u2022 Directs the forklift operator to ensure loading of all shipments, pulling and staging outbound orders three days in advance with correct documentation.<\/p><p>\u2022 Directs the forklift operator on unloading of inbound shipments and containers, ensuring seal integrity.<\/p><p>\u2022 Accurately records all shipments and receipts on the daily shipping manifest and receiving log.<\/p><p>\u2022 Records lot codes for all cases leaving the warehouse.<\/p><p>\u2022 Ensures merchandise is rotated on a continuous basis.<\/p><p>\u2022 Packing and shipping (including e-commerce); pulls orders and processes customer orders per special requirements (e.g., Amazon.com).<\/p><p>\u2022 Prepares sample requests, Q.A. requests, etc. for shipment via parcel service (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).<\/p><p>\u2022 Must be able to operate machinery, including forklift, as needed.<\/p><p>\u2022 Performs miscellaneous tasks such as reworking and repacking.<\/p><h3>PLANNING &amp; ADMINISTRATIVE<\/h3><p>\u2022 Supports production planning.<\/p><p>\u2022 Executes transfer orders with carriers; plans and enters transfer orders into SAP.<\/p><p>\u2022 Backup purchasing support for entering POs in SAP; enters purchase requisitions for warehouse and office supplies.<\/p><p>\u2022 Processes, updates, and tracks claims.<\/p><p>\u2022 Maintains tidy, clutter-free floors and supports miscellaneous facility-improvement activities.<\/p><h3>FOOD SAFETY AND SECURITY<\/h3><p>\u2022 Adheres to protective measures regarding Food Safety concerns.<\/p><p>\u2022 Supports Food Security of the facility to prevent product tampering and employee endangerment.<\/p><p>\u2022 Ensures all drivers and visitors sign in and confirms visitors are on-site for a legitimate reason.<\/p><p>\u2022 Checks warehouse and surroundings to meet AIB food-grade facility requirements.<\/p><p>\u2022 Completes the weekly cleaning log and trap inspections form.<\/p><p>\u2022 Other duties as assigned.<\/p><h3>QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS<\/h3><p>\u2022 High School diploma or equivalent.<\/p><p>\u2022 A minimum of 3 years&#8217; Apply today to be considered for this opportunity.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"mailto:Careers@mariocamachofoods.com?subject=Application%20-%20Warehouse%20Lead-Driver\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAPPLY NOW\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>","innerContent":["<p>Warehouse Lead-Driver<\/p><p>Location: Plant City, FL<br \/>Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor<\/p><h3>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3><p>Performs the hands-on administrative and operational work of the warehouse, and directs the forklift operator to ensure daily loading, unloading, and shipping\/receiving activities are completed timely, efficiently, and accurately.<\/p><h3>INVENTORY &amp; CYCLE COUNTS<\/h3><p>\u2022 Performs inventory cycle counts as directed (daily, weekly, monthly) to confirm quantities and BBDs.<\/p><p>\u2022 Executes and leads cycle counts; assures accuracy of BBDs, quantities, and batch code corrections.<\/p><p>\u2022 Generates weekly inventory reports, including pipeline by item by BBD.<\/p><p>\u2022 Documents inventory adjustments on a weekly basis; obtains Warehouse Supervisor approval before adjustments are made.<\/p><p>\u2022 Reviews and confirms inventory variances; reports findings to the Warehouse Supervisor.<\/p><p>\u2022 Receives all MCF receipts and adjustments into SAP.<\/p><h3>SHIPPING, RECEIVING &amp; WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS<\/h3><p>\u2022 Processes receipts in SAP within 24 hours for Plant City and 48 hours for 3PL warehouses.<\/p><p>\u2022 Directs the forklift operator to ensure loading of all shipments, pulling and staging outbound orders three days in advance with correct documentation.<\/p><p>\u2022 Directs the forklift operator on unloading of inbound shipments and containers, ensuring seal integrity.<\/p><p>\u2022 Accurately records all shipments and receipts on the daily shipping manifest and receiving log.<\/p><p>\u2022 Records lot codes for all cases leaving the warehouse.<\/p><p>\u2022 Ensures merchandise is rotated on a continuous basis.<\/p><p>\u2022 Packing and shipping (including e-commerce); pulls orders and processes customer orders per special requirements (e.g., Amazon.com).<\/p><p>\u2022 Prepares sample requests, Q.A. requests, etc. for shipment via parcel service (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).<\/p><p>\u2022 Must be able to operate machinery, including forklift, as needed.<\/p><p>\u2022 Performs miscellaneous tasks such as reworking and repacking.<\/p><h3>PLANNING &amp; ADMINISTRATIVE<\/h3><p>\u2022 Supports production planning.<\/p><p>\u2022 Executes transfer orders with carriers; plans and enters transfer orders into SAP.<\/p><p>\u2022 Backup purchasing support for entering POs in SAP; enters purchase requisitions for warehouse and office supplies.<\/p><p>\u2022 Processes, updates, and tracks claims.<\/p><p>\u2022 Maintains tidy, clutter-free floors and supports miscellaneous facility-improvement activities.<\/p><h3>FOOD SAFETY AND SECURITY<\/h3><p>\u2022 Adheres to protective measures regarding Food Safety concerns.<\/p><p>\u2022 Supports Food Security of the facility to prevent product tampering and employee endangerment.<\/p><p>\u2022 Ensures all drivers and visitors sign in and confirms visitors are on-site for a legitimate reason.<\/p><p>\u2022 Checks warehouse and surroundings to meet AIB food-grade facility requirements.<\/p><p>\u2022 Completes the weekly cleaning log and trap inspections form.<\/p><p>\u2022 Other duties as assigned.<\/p><h3>QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS<\/h3><p>\u2022 High School diploma or equivalent.<\/p><p>\u2022 A minimum of 3 years' experience in a warehouse environment.<\/p><p>\u2022 Must be able to operate a forklift; forklift certification preferred.<\/p><p>\u2022 Exhibits knowledge of logistics terminology and activities, combined with good business practices.<\/p><p>\u2022 Possesses strong organizational skills.<\/p><p>\u2022 Ability to use SAP, Excel, Word, and Outlook.<\/p><p>\u2022 Ability to maintain good working relationships with customers, sales, and warehouse personnel.<\/p><p>\u2022 A commitment to Company core values.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Interested in joining our team?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<p>We\u2019d love to hear from you.
